Refund policy


Refund Eligibility:

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • The product was not delivered
  • The product was delivered defective
  • The customer canceled the order within 14 days from receiving the product or the order details (whichever is later)

Cancellation Fee:

No cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made within 14 days of receiving the product.

No refunds will be provided outside the conditions listed above.

Proof of Non-Delivery or Defect:

To request a refund based on non-delivery or defect, the customer must provide clear proof, such as:

  • Official confirmation from the shipping carrier, or
  • Other relevant documentation showing non-delivery or a defect

Each claim will be reviewed individually.

Delivered Orders:

Orders marked as delivered are not eligible for a refund in cases of:

  • Customer dissatisfaction
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Change of mind

Unless the cancellation request is made within the 14-day cancellation period stated above.

Claim Timeframe:

Claims regarding non-delivery or defective products must be submitted within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery date.

Refund Processing:

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider and bank.
