Welcome to MagnaEar! “We”, “us”, and “our” refer to MagnaEar. We operate this store and website via Shopify to provide you with our Services. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
1. Account & Access:

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted only when confirmed by MagnaEar. Payment must be processed before acceptance. You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product. Refunds will be issued according to our Refund Policy. Purchases are for personal use only.
4. Prices & Billing:
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. Posted prices exclude taxes, shipping, and import fees. You must provide accurate and up-to-date payment information. You agree to pay all charges, including taxes and shipping.
5. Shipping & Delivery:
Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control. Title and risk pass to you once products are with the carrier. We are responsible for defective or undelivered products and will provide remedies according to our Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual Property:
All content (text, images, graphics, video, audio, trademarks) is owned by MagnaEar, its affiliates, or licensors. Personal use only. Do not copy, modify, distribute, or display without written permission. Shopify and third-party trademarks remain their property.

Third-party tools may be offered “as-is”. Use them at your own risk. We are not responsible for third-party content, websites, or products.
8. Relationship with Shopify:
Sales are made directly with MagnaEar. Shopify is not responsible for transactions, products, or services. You release Shopify from claims related to purchases with MagnaEar.

Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Information may be shared with Shopify and service providers, including outside your country, to provide services.
10. Feedback:
By submitting feedback, you grant MagnaEar a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it. You warrant you have rights to the feedback and it does not infringe on third parties. Feedback must not contain viruses, unlawful content, or false information.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction:
For disputes, the courts in the location of MagnaEar’s headquarters will have jurisdiction. Rights for customers to cancel orders or receive remedies for defective or undelivered products are maintained.
